At IMAC Group, our team is the driving force behind our success. Today, we’re highlighting Sam O’Donnell, our Account Supervisor, who’s been with the company for nearly a decade.
Sam’s journey with IMAC Group began even before he graduated with a degree in Computer Games Development. Drawn to the company through recommendations from friends and family, he quickly found his place, growing into a trusted leader who now manages some of our largest clients.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not coordinating accounts, Sam enjoys life’s simple pleasures: walking his dog, discovering new restaurants and cafes or unwinding at home with a good film, TV series or video game.
A surprise talent? Sam is a skilled cook and enjoys spending time in the kitchen creating delicious dishes.
If he could have any superpower, it would be teleportation, giving him the freedom to be anywhere at any time. And while he’s already a fan of Thailand for its beautiful islands and scenery, San Sebastián is high on his travel wish list, drawn by its famous pintxos and vibrant atmosphere.

For Sam, one of the best parts of his role is the trust and responsibility that comes with managing key clients and the flexibility of working from home. He thrives in the ever-changing world of reactive maintenance, where no two days are the same.
Whether it’s handling urgent issues across multiple sites, attending site visits or leading admin and meetings, Sam keeps things moving by breaking tasks into manageable steps, maintaining focus and steadily ticking them off.
A standout moment in his career so far has been the successful launch of the Tesco contract, where he took a hands-on role, training new employees and ensuring a smooth start-up. Recognition from clients, especially through their internal staff surveys, is a source of real pride.

Sam’s favourite quote: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now,” perfectly sums up his approach to life and work. It’s a reminder that it’s never too late to start something new or make a positive change.
