February has been another busy and productive month for IMAC Group, with progress made across live construction projects, essential maintenance works and a range of community and education initiatives.
Project Delivery Updates
Significant milestones were achieved across multiple live projects during February.
Works at Nazareth House were successfully completed following urgent roofing and structural remedial works. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of IMAC Group and our supply chain partners, including work carried out over the Christmas period, the building has now returned to a safe, operational standard, allowing pupils to return to school on 16 February.
Strong progress also continues at the Station Road residential development for Arbour Housing, where key structural works have been completed, including first-floor pre-stressed concrete slabs, staircase installation and ongoing brick and block work. The project remains on programme and has achieved an excellent 42/45 Considerate Constructors Scheme score, reflecting a commitment to community respect, environmental care and workforce wellbeing.
In Dublin, works remain well underway at the Tallaght Office refurbishment, with visible progress on site and strong momentum maintained throughout the month.
Maintenance & Infrastructure

IMAC Group’s maintenance teams have continued to support safe, reliable facilities and infrastructure throughout February.
At Gormanston Sports Hall, preventative maintenance works were completed on automatic basketball net systems. Detailed inspections of hinges, bolts and fixings, sensors and motor rollers were carried out to reduce the risk of failure and ensure safe ongoing use of the facility.
Across Northern Ireland, IMAC Group engineers also supported NIE Networks with a programme of substation inspections across locations including Mid Ulster, Belfast, Bangor, Enniskillen and Larne. These works play a critical role in maintaining a resilient electricity network for local communities.
Community & Social Value
Community engagement and skills development remained a key focus during February.
IMAC Group was proud to support local students through participation in an interview skills initiative at St Patrick’s College Dungiven, with Director Kerry Irwin and Health and Safety Officer Cara Henry sharing practical advice and real-world experience to help students prepare for future opportunities.
IMAC Group also supported local education through the sponsorship of Holy Family Primary School Magherafelt’s Primary 7 leavers’ jerseys, working alongside Mid Ulster Community First Responders and Cancer Fund for Children.
Social value continues to be embedded within IMAC Group projects, including the appointment of a new apprentice Quantity Surveyor and the ongoing delivery of action plans covering human rights, environmental responsibility, fair work, health and wellbeing, and skills development.
