At IMAC Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this month we’re delighted to introduce Aislinn Creamer, our General Manager at Gormanston Park.
Aislinn joined the business four years ago as a part-time receptionist, working just three hours a day. Through hard work, determination and a passion for learning, she progressed to Junior Duty Manager before becoming General Manager just two years later. Alongside her career progression, she also achieved a Distinction in Leadership and Management, further developing the skills she brings to her role every day.
What attracted Aislinn to Gormanston Park was the variety of businesses, organisations and events that visit the site. Today, that variety is still one of the things she enjoys most about her role.
Life outside of work
Away from work, Aislinn enjoys hiking and making the most of the outdoors. She also loves cooking, something that often surprises people who know her professionally.
If she could have one superpower, it would be the ability to instantly learn any skill, whether that’s speaking another language, mastering a musical instrument or picking up something completely new.
When it comes to travel, completing the famous Route 66 across America is at the very top of her bucket list.
Working with the IMAC team at Gormanston Park

No two days are the same for Aislinn. Her role as General Manager sees her meeting with new clients, carrying out site visits, supporting residents, coordinating events and working closely with departments across Gormanston Park to ensure everything runs smoothly.
One of the highlights of her time with IMAC Group has been working alongside the film productions hosted at Gormanston Park, giving her the opportunity to support some truly unique projects.
What motivates Aislinn most is seeing the positive impact of her work. Whether it’s helping her team succeed, improving processes or finding solutions to challenges, she enjoys knowing she’s making a real difference.
Her proudest achievement is the journey she’s taken, progressing from one of the most junior roles in the business to leading the team as General Manager through her hard work and determination.
Inspiration and advice
Aislinn is inspired by people who work hard, remain humble and support those around them. She admires leaders who continue learning, lead with integrity and stay positive through every challenge.
The best advice she’s ever received is:
“You can’t control everything that happens to you, but you can control how you respond.”
Her favourite quote is one she tries to live by every day:
“Each challenge is an opportunity to grow and succeed.”
