Connie has been an essential part of the team for nine years, bringing her passion for teamwork and problem-solving skills to the forefront daily. Background and Experience
Connie joined IMAC Group straight after earning her BSc Hons in Psychology and has grown with the company over the past nine years. Her love for teamwork and the diverse challenges that come with response maintenance drew her to the industry. Whether it’s collaborating with technicians, sub-contractors, or clients, Connie thrives in a role that demands problem-solving and adaptability. Every day is different, and that’s just the way she likes it!
Getting Personal
Outside of work, Connie enjoys walks with her kids and spending time in nature. When asked about her dream destination, Connie didn’t name a far-off exotic location but rather chose The Downings, Co Donegal, where she loves the relaxed atmosphere. She also admitted that if she could have any superpower, it would be super speed – so she could get even more done each day! 🌟
A Day in the Life at IMAC Group
As a Contracts Co-Ordinator, Connie’s days are filled with organising maintenance projects, managing job statuses, and coordinating technicians and tradespeople. She enjoys the variety in her work, where each day presents new challenges. Recently, she led the strip-out of seven closed-down retail shops and another time, she organised major flood repairs in a retail shop to help it reopen as soon as possible. Connie is always planning ahead, setting goals, and staying on top of things.
Inspirational Insights
Connie’s children are her greatest source of inspiration. They motivate her to be the best version of herself every day. The best advice she’s ever received? “Treat others how you want to be treated.” And her favourite quote? “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference,” by Winston Churchill—words she lives by.
