Storm Eowyn swept across Ireland and Northern Ireland, causing significant destruction. Over the past week, IMAC Group’s Emergency Response Teams have worked tirelessly to restore essential services and repair damage. Our goal was to help clients resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
Rapid Response Across 16 Counties
At the peak of our efforts, IMAC Group teams were deployed across 16 counties. They handled a range of emergencies, including structural damage, electrical failures, and urgent repairs for public and private sector clients.
Northern Ireland: Over 50 Callouts in 48 Hours
In Northern Ireland, our teams responded to more than 50 emergency incidents within just 48 hours. Many of these were for schools under our Education Authority (EA) contract. Our priority was to ensure that as many affected schools as possible reopened by Monday morning. Thanks to our team’s dedication, we achieved this in most cases.
Republic of Ireland: Major Repairs in Multiple Counties
Across the Republic of Ireland, IMAC Group teams tackled severe storm damage in Donegal, Kerry, Tipperary, Kildare, Meath, Cork, Cavan, Westmeath, Limerick, Dublin, and beyond. From urgent building repairs to safety compliance checks, we worked hard to reduce downtime and disruption.
